Sgt. Becker doesn't beg, but he does answer questions. Here's how to reach Command.
If you hit zero Morale, Sgt. Becker locks you out for 4 hours. The dashboard shows the remaining countdown. Captain Mode subscribers don't lose Morale.
Captain Mode is a weekly subscription that locks Morale at 10/10 and gives you unlimited deployments. No 4-hour lockouts. Manage your subscription via your Google Play account.
Cancel through your Google Play subscriptions panel (Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not store your payment information ourselves.

Use the same provider you signed up with (Google or email). For email accounts, use the "Reset password" link in the app. If that doesn't work, email support@operationlingo.net.
Email privacy@operationlingo.net with "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" in the subject line. We delete your data within 30 days.
Restart the app. If the crash repeats, email support@operationlingo.net with your device model, OS version, and a brief description. Crash diagnostics with PII removed help us reproduce the issue.
His voice lines are generated dynamically by an AI engine. We do our best to keep him in-character (gruff but fair) without crossing lines. If something feels wrong, email support@operationlingo.net with a screenshot and we'll investigate.
Not in V1. Mission generation and TTS run on our servers. Offline mode ("Project: Blackout") is on the V2 roadmap.
